📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, design, and construction of high-end residential, commercial, and hospitality projects in Bali.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control to ensure compliance with design specifications and building codes.
• Manage project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide expert advice on design and construction.
• Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Lead project teams and provide mentorship to junior staff.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in architectural design and construction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management for high-end construction and design projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects in Bali.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes and regulations.
• Proficiency in using project management software such as Procore, Primavera, or MS Project.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Certification in PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar is a plus.
