In this role, you'll be the heart of our digital presence, crafting engaging content that showcases the vibrant energy of our club and the stunning beauty of Uluwatu. From eye-catching social media graphics to compelling blog posts and event promotions, your work will inspire our community and attract new members. You'll collaborate with our marketing team to develop creative campaigns that drive engagement and loyalty.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create visually stunning graphics for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and Procreate.
• Develop high-quality content for our blog, including articles, infographics, and short videos, to engage our audience and showcase our club's unique offerings.
• Design promotional materials for events, workshops, and special promotions, ensuring they align with our brand identity and marketing goals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns that drive engagement and loyalty.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and social media best practices to ensure our content remains fresh and relevant.
• Manage our club's visual identity, including logo design, branding materials, and print collateral.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of our digital content to identify areas for improvement and optimize our marketing strategy.
• Assist in the development of our club's digital marketing strategy, including content calendars and campaign planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a graphic designer or content creator, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent design software.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually appealing and engaging content.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Familiarity with the sports and fitness industry, or a strong interest in the active lifestyle.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
