📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, including job advertising, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Facilitate employee relations by addressing concerns, providing guidance, and promoting a positive work environment.,Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Assist in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's goals.,Handle payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment of employee salaries and benefits.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance and advise management on HR-related matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR Generalist or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with payroll processing and benefits administration.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and employee retention.
