📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing plant, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement strategies to improve production processes and quality control.,Manage and supervise the production team, providing guidance and support to achieve targets.,Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in the manufacturing environment.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production flow and timely delivery of products.,Manage inventory levels and procurement to ensure optimal production and minimize costs.,Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or plant management role.,Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control standards.,Proven track record of improving production efficiency and reducing costs.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Familiarity with ERP systems and production planning software is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
