📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from request to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality and reliability.,Analyze procurement needs and develop strategies to optimize costs and improve efficiency.,Monitor market trends and prices to ensure competitive procurement practices.,Prepare and manage procurement documentation, including purchase orders, contracts, and invoices.,Conduct regular supplier evaluations and audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth procurement operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or related roles.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other procurement software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.
