📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment support.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding.,Maintain a strong candidate database and track recruitment metrics and KPIs.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Provide excellent customer service to candidates throughout the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant recruitment software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
