📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement student discipline policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and enforce university rules and regulations.
  • Investigate and resolve student discipline issues.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders including faculty, staff, and student services.
  • Provide guidance and support to students on discipline-related matters.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student discipline cases.
  • Participate in university committees and task forces related to student discipline.
  • Represent the university at external events and conferences.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in student discipline or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of university policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
  • Professional certification in student affairs or related field is a plus.
  • Ability to travel as required.
