📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to drive repeat business and referrals.,Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries and concerns.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Train and mentor junior sales consultants to ensure consistent performance and adherence to company policies and procedures.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of sales and marketing efforts.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in retail sales and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving sales growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software.,Familiarity with dental products and services is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
