You will work closely with our maintenance team, using tools like Draytek Vigor routers, Cisco switches, and various HVAC systems. As a Villa Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including electrical repairs, plumbing, HVAC maintenance, and general property upkeep. You will work closely with our team of maintenance supervisors to ensure that all villas are in top condition. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on villas, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using tools like Draytek Vigor routers and Cisco switches
• Collaborate with the maintenance supervisor to develop and implement maintenance schedules
• Ensure all villas are clean, safe, and in good working order
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities
• Provide excellent customer service to guests and staff
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in villa maintenance or a related field
• Proven experience with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Familiarity with Draytek Vigor routers and Cisco switches is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
