Monitor and supervise production processes to ensure quality and efficiency,Coordinate with team members to meet production targets,Inspect products for quality control,Maintain and update production schedules,Handle and resolve production issues and conflicts,Conduct regular training sessions for production team members,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Report production progress and issues to the Production Supervisor🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in production supervision,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with relevant software and tools,Understanding of health and safety regulations,Willingness to travel for business purposes🛠️ Keahlian
