📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role in a manufacturing environment.,Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control standards.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using operational software and tools.,Ability to work in a hybrid setting and manage remote teams.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
