📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with treatments.
  • Collaborating with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Documenting patient information accurately and maintaining patient records.
  • Assisting in the preparation and administration of patient meals and fluids.
  • Performing basic clinical tasks such as wound care, wound dressings, and injections.
  • Promoting a safe and clean environment in the healthcare facility.
  • Participating in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance professional skills.
  • Adhering to hospital policies, procedures, and regulations.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Registered Nurse (S1/S2) with a valid nursing license.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical or hospital setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of basic first aid and emergency procedures.
  • Fluency in Indonesian language is a plus.
  • Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and compassionate service.
