📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, including cakes, cookies, and other baked goods
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
  • Ensure that all food is prepared and served according to health and safety standards
  • Follow recipes and instructions to produce high-quality pastries
  • Keep track of inventory and restock supplies as needed
  • Assist in the development and testing of new pastry recipes
  • Work with other members of the team to ensure that all food is prepared and served in a timely manner
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in pastry-making

    Kualifikasi:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and a passion for creating delicious pastries
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to follow health and safety guidelines
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and standards
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques
