📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.,Develop and maintain vendor relationships to ensure high-quality products and services at competitive prices.,Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Prepare and maintain detailed procurement records and reports.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient procurement operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, tools, and techniques.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in English and Tetum.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
