📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide recommendations.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies, including ATS and applicant tracking systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Experience in sourcing and hiring talent in the Indonesian market is a plus.
