📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet staffing needs,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a quality candidate pool,Conduct interviews and make data-driven hiring decisions,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition,Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the recruitment process,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related role,Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems is a plus,Understanding of labor laws and regulations is a plus
