Our coffee shops in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung are buzzing with energy, and we're looking for someone who can bring that same excitement to our team.

As a Barista & Cashier, you'll be the heart of our coffee shops, crafting delicious coffee drinks, and ensuring every customer leaves satisfied. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, using our state-of-the-art espresso machines and coffee grinders. Our goal is to create a welcoming atmosphere where customers feel at home, and your passion for coffee and customer service will be the key to achieving that.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty coffee beverages.
Operate and maintain espresso machines, coffee grinders, and other coffee equipment.
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience.
Maintain a clean and organized coffee shop, including cleaning equipment and restocking supplies.
Handle cash transactions and provide excellent customer service.
Assist with inventory management and ordering new coffee beans and supplies.
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure high standards of coffee quality and customer service.
Stay updated with the latest coffee trends and techniques to continuously improve your skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment.
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Passion for coffee and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
