📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install and configure payment terminals for merchants and businesses.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for payment systems.
• Ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of payment terminals.
• Assist in the setup and configuration of POS systems and other related equipment.
• Conduct regular checks and maintenance to prevent technical issues.
• Document all technical activities and provide reports to the technical team.
• Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, telecommunications, or a related field.
• Familiarity with payment terminal systems and POS equipment.
• Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid ID card and work permit for Bali.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
