As a Material Quote Analyst, you'll be responsible for analyzing material specifications, estimating costs, and preparing detailed quotes for our clients. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and Bill of Materials (BOM) to ensure accurate cost estimation.
• Prepare detailed material quotes for clients, including pricing, delivery terms, and lead times.
• Collaborate with procurement and engineering teams to source materials and negotiate with suppliers.
• Use SAP and Microsoft Excel to manage and optimize supply chain processes.
• Monitor and report on material costs, identifying areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of material quotes and contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in material procurement and cost estimation.
• Provide training and support to junior team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in material procurement, cost estimation, or a related field.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with engineering standards and specifications.
