In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire import-export documentation process, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. You will work closely with our clients, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure that all documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted on time.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the entire import-export documentation process, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and international trade laws.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare and submit customs declarations and other required documents to the relevant authorities.
• Monitor and track the status of import-export shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in international trade and customs regulations.
• Conduct regular reviews of import-export processes to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in import-export documentation and customs compliance.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with international trade software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of customs regulations and international trade laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
