As a Field Sales and Collections Specialist at Macondray Finance Corporation, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, visiting clients in various locations across Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. Your primary responsibility will be to drive sales growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and ensuring timely collections. You will use tools like Salesforce and QuickBooks to manage your pipeline and track performance, and you will have the freedom to work independently while collaborating with our team.

• Develop and maintain a strong client base through proactive sales efforts and excellent customer service.
• Visit clients in person to understand their financial needs and present our financial solutions.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, ensuring timely collections and follow-ups.
• Use Salesforce and QuickBooks to manage your pipeline, track performance, and generate reports.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our products and services.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales and collections.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and collections, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
