As the Cloud Administration & Development Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of our cloud infrastructure, from initial design and deployment to ongoing management and optimization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our cloud solutions meet the highest standards of performance, security, and scalability. This role offers a competitive salary of Rp 30,000,000 - Rp 50,000,000 per bulan, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, professional development opportunities, and a supportive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the design, implementation, and management of our cloud infrastructure using tools like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Develop and maintain cloud architecture best practices and standards.
• Oversee the deployment and management of cloud-based applications and services.
• Ensure the security and compliance of our cloud environment, including regular audits and risk assessments.
• Optimize cloud performance and cost-efficiency, implementing strategies to reduce expenses without compromising service quality.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the cloud administration and development team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to align cloud strategies with business objectives.
• Stay abreast of emerging cloud technologies and industry trends, incorporating innovative solutions into our infrastructure.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in cloud administration and development, with a proven track record in leading cloud projects.
• Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, or Google Professional Cloud Architect.
• Strong understanding of cloud security best practices and compliance standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and guide a team.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in budgeting and cost management for cloud services.
