As a Facility Maintenance Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and safety. You will work with our team of engineers and technicians to develop and implement maintenance schedules, and you will be responsible for coordinating repairs and renovations. You will also be responsible for maintaining our facilities’ compliance with local regulations and industry standards.

• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Work with our team of engineers and technicians to develop and implement maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate repairs and renovations, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Maintain our facilities’ compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
• Monitor and maintain our facilities’ energy and water usage, ensuring we are operating efficiently and sustainably.
• Work with our team to develop and implement facility improvement projects, enhancing the functionality and aesthetics of our spaces.
• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and visitors, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is prioritized.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices, incorporating them into our maintenance and improvement strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Building Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility maintenance coordination, with a strong background in building engineering and construction.
• Proven experience in managing and supervising maintenance teams.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance management software, such as SAP PM, IBM Maximo, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with local regulations and industry standards, particularly in the Bali region.
• Ability to travel and work in multiple locations across Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
