📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement a strategic partnership strategy to foster collaboration and growth within the ecosystem.
• Identify, cultivate, and manage key partnerships with startups, investors, mentors, and industry leaders.
• Organize and execute community events, workshops, and networking opportunities to drive engagement and adoption.
• Leverage data and analytics to measure the impact of ecosystem initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the growth and success of the ecosystem.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to inform ecosystem development and strategy.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and credibility.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a Head of Ecosystem, Ecosystem Manager, or similar role in a startup or corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of ecosystem development and strategic partnership-building.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in using ecosystem management tools and software, such as Ecosystem Platform, Ecosystem Builder, or similar.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Certification in ecosystem management or strategic partnership-building is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to travel frequently for business purposes.
